He wowed Mzansi when he joined etv drama series Scandal as Mdala. However, James Sithole went awol in the wake of his newfound fame. In Scandal, he starred as Mdala, a fluent isiNdebele speaker with charm and charisma. Underneath the smiles and casual conversations, a wolf in sheep’s skin.
No doubt he lured viewers in with his sinister look after drawing in his prey Lindiwe and Nhlamulo. He wowed Scandal fans with his brains and focus. After weeks of Mzansi falling for Mdala, he disappeared from the screens.
When he last appeared on Scandal, he was in police custody after attempting to end Nhlamulo’s life. Lindiwe and Hlonki set him up for jail time in the mix of things. He was arrested, and that’s how he vanished from the small screen.
After disappearing on Scandal, James Sithole hasn’t announced going to another show on television. His talent is impeccable, but surprisingly enough, he doesn’t seem to have another media role.
