Kayise is a familiar face in the entertainment industry, as many South Africans remember her as the bubbly presenter. She was on My Perfect Wedding for ten weeks before Nomsa Bhuthelezi replaced her. Many fans were left in shock when she left wondering if the show fired her.
Ngqula’s debut in the entertainment industry was a role as Portia in Mina Nawe, a SABC 1 drama series. She fast became a household name after landing that role. Mzansi Magic’s Its Complicated cast her for a minor role as a journalist in 2016, seeing her appearing for a few episodes.
The actress’ fans were overjoyed when she landed a role in House of Zwide in 2021. Her role was not a lead role but the storyline that she played had everyone hooked. She played a married woman who had an affair with Molefe and blackmailed him into continuing the affair to get capital from her husband. When the secret came out, her character did not show her face again in the township.
Kayise Ngqula’s business partnerships and business
In real life, Kayise has ben busy with a number of things after her exit from the show. The entertainer added to her education and graduated last year with a Life Coach certificate and a Neuro Linguistic Programme from Action Factory.
Several companies wanted to partner with her brand, including Haval South Africa who, gave her an SUV. Philips South Africa, Standard Bank, and Umodzi Gin also signed partnership deals with Kayise Ngqula. Anele Mdoda hosted a Woolworth’s cook off where she hosted Kayise and three other celebrity ladies on Mzansi Magic.
Kayise Ngqula is also an entrepreneur in her own right as she owns a company called KNN media. She runs her company as CEO and Managing Director, with the help of the COO, Treasure Nkuna.
