Jessica Nkosi is a fan favourite on Mzasi Magic soapie The Queen playing the role of Thando. On the show, Thando is a wealthy lady who drives big cars so is her in real life. The only difference is that in real life, Jessica is a strictly Volvo lady; she has only gone Volvo since 2019. Soon after signing her deal with Volvo South Africa as a brand ambassador, Jessica fell profoundly in love with the brand.
Jessica has a variety of Volvo cars in her garage, most of which she designed herself. Thando boasts of her cars as dream cars, the safest ones and the most stylish ones. Her deal with Volvo has become part of her life that she can no longer forget. It’s challenging to imagine Jessica driving another car which is not a Volvo.

A few weeks ago, Jessica shared great news as she added another latest Volvo to her car collection. Jessica now drives the latest XC 2022, which she describes as the sexiest car ever. The newest beast is a personalised car with Jessica’s preferred specifications. It has a blonde interior, which is her preferred colour, judging by her hairstyle. Her latest car is grey-platinum, a new colour being introduced by Volvo.
Volvo XC60 2021.
As if she was bragging, Jessica bought a new red beast in 2021 when she added an XC60 to her fleet. The car is personalised and made with a blonde interior like the XC60 2021. The vehicle had a panoramic sunroof and 20inch rims that fans voted for. On top of that, Jessica loved that her car could be operated from her phone while she was not in the vehicle.
Volvo XC90 2020.
Driving her blue XC40 for a visit to the Volvo dealership in 2019, Jessica found that a present was waiting for her. She couldn’t hide her joy being an owner of a white XC90. Probably Jessica’s favourite car. She prefers this white beast most of the time. She could even pause with it for pictures during lockdown when she wasn’t travelling. On several occasions, Jessica spoke of her love for this car.
Volvo XC40.
This car was Jessica’s first Volvo in 2019 when she joined as the Brand Ambassador. The blue XC40 was the first of the long journey so far. Probably Jessica loved this one just before the white XC90.
