Pictures, House of Zwide actor Lehasa Moloi ‘Radebe’s actual age gets Mzansi talking
South African actor Lehasa Moloi was one of the most hated actors onscreen this year for his role in Generations The Legacy. His acting was so top-notch that he started receiving death threats in real life for being a serial killer in the soapie. However, his character was killed off after Sphe lured him back to South Africa from Botswana.
Lehasa as Lawyer Radebe in House of Zwide
The being hated streak has struck the actor again as his role as Faith Zwide’s lawyer rubs people the wrong way. Lehasa plays Radebe, the cunning lawyer who only tries to get his client off murder charges through the most unconventional methods. Radebe has asked Faith to lie about Funani being present on the night of Busi’s murder and wants to pin the death on Funani.
For his profession, it’s normal to want to win a case and let his client go Scott-free, but the viewers hate him as they want to see Faith paying for her sins. Radebe found a way to get Faith back into the Zwide mansion despite Funani and Nkosi not wanting her in the house and even promises to sue them if they throw her out. Radebe works with the help of Faith and Zanele to fight off the other two Zwides but sometimes keeps Zanele in the dark about his plans with Faith.
Lehasa Moloi’s age in real life
Moloi, the actor behind Radebe, has been in the acting industry for 27 years since he debuted as a kid. In June, the actor recently turned 35 years of age, to the astonishment of many primetime television viewers. Given that he has been landing roles for many years, some viewers and fans assumed he was older than he is. He is a fitness freak with his wife, which earns him a physique many people dream of having.
Other streams of income
Lehasa has been big on emphasising how important it is for someone to have multiple streams of income, and during the time he did not land roles, he proved this. Though he was not landing jobs as an actor, he had other businesses like photography, writing, and social media to make a living. Lehasa gets a financial slice of the music industry as well with his work as a DJ.
