Well, it seems as if Prince Kaybee had to lie that his side chick was more of a custom designer to cover his traces but that’s not true. She got the bling and plug. Just like Prince Kaybee, Hazel Mahazard is also a DJ.
Hazel has been a hot topic since revealing her five-year relationship with Prince Cavy. It turns out that this isn’t the first time she’s heard of a gorgeous woman, as she’s a well-known club DJ and YouTuber known for her amazing body and talent array on these streets.
Hazel Mahazard happens to be a Pretoria-based female DJ. Just like those before her she trades her long days in the corporate world for long nights in clubs. The 26-year-old, whose real name is Hazel Kotu, took it to the media that told consistency has kept her going. She said it was important that she created a solid brand.
5-year Relationship with Prince Kaybee

YouTuber
The star DJ doubles also as a content producer who is still expanding her trade. Kotu indicated that she is working on a YouTube channel that seeks to promote local content.
“Right now I am working on my YouTube channel, which will be all about music and entertainment.“I will have up-and-coming as well mainstream DJs and give my audience amazing content.“I don’t want to give away too much at this moment, but all will be revealed soon,” she said.
Being a DJ is not glamorous as it looks like
Hazel said being a DJ was not glamorous as it looks on social media.
“I’ve worked hard in the past 12 months to build a name for myself on social media. I am at a point where I would like to play more than I post.“I believe in striking a balance and I’m yet to do that, but I am hoping for the best as things seem to slowly get back to normal,” she said.
Hazel said the male-dominated industry was characterized by negative stereotypes and perceptions.
“Most of the time the presumption is that you don’t know what you’re doing.“You then have to prove them wrong, unlike a man who’s expected to kill it,” she said.
Inspired by DJ Lamiez Holworthy
Hazel started deejaying in 2017 after enrolling at Boston Media College for the DJ 101 course. The music phonetic said that she drew inspiration from Lamiez Holworthy, who has risen to make a name for herself.
“She is the first person to make me believe in my abilities. I love her track selection. She knows good music,” she said.
