Babes Wodumo is back in the news again. A few days ago, a picture of her kissing another man made news, and the rumour mill went wild. Babes were accused of cheating on her man Mampintsha.

Babes is making news today because she released a picture of herself hugging her mother in law. Yes, Mampintsha’s mother.
These two were trending all year 2021 for insulting one another on social media.
The videos of these women went viral. Mampintsha’s mother, whose name is Zama Gumede, accused babes of faking her pregnancy and as a retaliation video to babes insults. Things got so hard that when her child was born, babes playfully named the baby Sponge Wodumo.
Well, it seems like all of that is now water under the bridge. A picture of Babes hugging MaGumede and looking friendly and happy families is making rounds.
Mampintsha posted the photo with heart emojis showing that it’s all love on his Instagram page.
I know it’s hard to believe; I mean, a few months ago, Mampintsha’s mother made a video accusing Babes and Mampintsha of not even telling her of baby Sponge’s birth.
In the picture, Babes and Zama are seen kidding, and Zama is holding what looks like a baby covered in a blanket on her lap.
Babes is known to attack social media; she attacked Makhadzi and accused her of sleeping with Mampintsha.
However, she received a lot of backlash for the explicit language she 7sed to address her mother-in-law.
Social media went in hard on her, saying that she had gone against all the traditions and the African Laws that a bride should abide by. It looks like Babes took heed and has now decided to kiss and make up.
Her followers congratulated her on this move and wished her well. Many acknowledged that she did not post the picture on her own personal Instagram page; maybe we shouldn’t read much into that, right? At least now baby Sponge Wodumo can spend some time with his Gogo.
Let’s hope things continue in this fashion for Sponge Wodumo.
