Pastor Mdletshe makes his much-awaited return to Mzansi number one hit soapie Uzalo. Mdletshe return confirms the exit of Qhabanga who was shown the exit door after a fallout with the producers.

Mzansi hit soapie Uzalo has confirmed the return of Pastor Mdletshe played by Glen Gabela on their Twitter handle. Fans were served with behind the scenes pictures that marked the return of Pastor Mdletshe to the daily drama series.
The duo of Baby and Siyabonga is set to leave the show at the end of its sixth season. A few months ago Uzalo production team dismissed the dismissal of Siyabonga but however, the emerging details prove otherwise. Rumor has it that a number of actors within the Uzalo cast are set to leave the show after a fallout with the production team.
Siyabonga took to Instagram to set the record straight.
“I have had so many calls wanting to know whether I have been fired from Uzalo. Personally I have been ignoring the issue for too long now. Honestly I want to put it on record that I and my producers are in a good space and there were never any fights for whatever reason.
“We are concentrating on delivering a good product for SABC1 since Covid-19 has affected many. Such reporting affects many – my family, my fans, fans of Uzalo. I repeat I have never fought with anyone and I have not been booted out, as some reports claim,”.
Some of the fans of the show were not happy with Pastor Mdletshe’s return as they favored Qhabanga over him. They apparently find him a bit stiff and boring, while some congratulated the actor for making a comeback.
Pastor Mdletshe will apparently premiere on season six when Qhabanga leaves Uzalo.
