Passion Java and brother collide over late mother’s bequest
Passion Java’s brother Simba who is based in South African launched an attack on his brother. This attack is allegedly for Passion Java blocking Simba from benefiting from their mother’s estate.
Zim Morning Post reports that Simba claims that Passion Java is pushing him out if the beneficiaries list of the bequest. In an audio Simba says,
“Passions wants the house and the cars to be given to our sister who ditched her husband is a drunkard. I will not back down because my mother did not say that when she was alive.”
In the same audio posted on social media, Simba goes on to say,
“I will be going to High Court to challenge this and I have since engaged my lawyers Nyambirai, Hamukwadi and Samukange. Passion will be served with papers wherever he is, be it Dubai or America.”
The properties left by their mother include a car, farm and two houses. One of the houses in Houghton Park was a gift from Passion to his mother.
The two brothers are not very close it seems. This started when Simba’s fortunes started waning. Simba used to live a good and flashy life. He held a managerial post at a telecommunications company. Sources say Simba used to drive latest and luxurious cars and lend some to his brother.
When things went south, Passion did not assist his brother. That is when they started beefing.
