Panic as Covid-19 hits Zimbabwe presidium
The Covid-19 virus has hit the Zimbabwe presidium. After claiming the lives of prominent people in Zimbabwe, it seems the virus is paralyzing the government of Zimbabwe.
So far the virus has claimed SB Moyo, Ellen Gwaradzimba, Perrence Shiri and the former Education Minister Aeneas Chigwedere.
The president of Zimbabwe spent fourteen days in self isolation in Harare after his close security details, cabinet ministers and top bureaucrats tested positive to the Covid-19 virus.
These Covid-19 cases and deaths are the reason president Mnangagwa cut short his annual leave. According to the Zimbabwe Independent, Mnangagwa’s deputies are not feeling well.
Kuda Tagwireia top businessman and presidential advisor is also ill from the virus.
Zimbabwe is under the threat of a second wave of Covid-19. This virus has claimed more than seven hundred and seventy lives including ministers and prominent people.
To confirm the news, Chiwenga and Mohadi both missed the burials of fellow Zimbabwean heroes Stalwart Moreton Malinga and Ellen Gwaradzimba.
People in Zimbabwe seem to be rejoicing over such news. This is seen on social media where some have taken to comment that Covid-19 is there to claim the lives of oppressors following the failed attempts in January 2019 and The July 31st movement.
