Nhlamulo Baloyi, famously known as Nota Baloyi, is a South African rapper/entrepreneur/podcaster known for going viral for all the wrong reasons. He recently made headlines after his wife Berita told the public that they were separated and have been for several months. However, Mzansi is shocked that only three months later, Nota Baloyi has reconciled with his wife, Berita, and they have sorted out their differences.
What happened between Nota and his wife Berita?
The couple got married in 2020 in the lockdown in a small ceremony. It took two years for their short-lived paradise to start facing problems. Nota is always bragging about how he is the one who began rap music in Mzansi. He likes to take credit for other rappers’ fame. Over the past years, Nota has been notoriously known for dishing out celebrity secrets and spilling the tea about gossip.
He is the celebrity many would love to hate and has been beefing with other stars like Black Coffee. He is the CEO of A record label and Director at Orchid, a Sony subsidiary in South Africa. Despite his fame, many people do not like being associated with him. At one point, his wife, Berita, was one of those people.
Taking to Twitter, In July, Berita shared that she had separated from Nota and that she did not want to be associated with the man. In her post, she hinted at the abuse she suffers at the hands of the other entertainer. Berita goes on to reveal that they have not been living together since January. She says that Nota needed help, and his family should ensure he got the mental treatment he needed. In her post, she went further to apologize to Mihlali Ndamase for her husband’s online taunts and for disassociating herself from him.
