Nikita Murray Confirms Cheating Affair With Katlego Maboe, Goes For STD Testing
Nikita Murray has addressed claims that she infected TV personality Katlego Maboe with an STD.
This comes after a video of Katlego Maboe confessing to cheating with her went viral on social media a couple of weeks ago. In the video, Katlego implicated Nikita as the woman he had allegedly cheated with. His estranged wife Monique Muller alleged that she had contracted an STD because of Katlego’s cheating.
Through her lawyers Vincent Bergh of Liquor Law and Business Consultants, Nikita and her husband, Matthew address allegations that she infected Katlego with an STD.
While the statement is not explicit on whether she cheated with Katlego or not, the fact that she underwent a test to prove she did not have an STD is suggestive of the fact that she did have an affair.
Part of the statement issued by Nikita’s lawyers and published by Sowetan reads, “Due to these allegations, Mrs Murray had undergone a medical test to confirm that she has no sexually transmitted disease. The claims by Mr Maboe that Mrs Murray was the cause of him contracting the STD as accused of by the person who made the video, is therefore irresponsible and impossible.”
In the statement, Nikita and her husband state that they have dealt with the effects of what they term “the malicious video.” The couple adds they remain happily married and that their marriage is stronger than before.
The lawyers go on to thank “all their family and friends and the public who had supported them during these trying times.” Nikita and her husband end the statement by saying they hope the statement will set the record straight and help them avoid any future harassment.
