Coming up Next on Skeem Saam: Friday 18 March 2022
Melita needs to tell her version of the story about her affair with John to Meikie.
On yesterday’s episode
John’s affair with Melita made the papers
The news of John’s minor indiscretion has made their way to his wife in prison. Phumeza went ahead and published the headline on TurfTimes. John spent the whole of the episode attempting to do damage control.
Firstly he tried to buy all of the copies of the TurfTimes paper, but it was too late. The news is circulating fast, and Bopape delivers the paper to Meikie; Meikie feels like getting out of prison has become more of a need than a want.
Meikie instructs Ntsobe to open a case of theft against Melita.
Eunice received her first written warning after only a week of starting work at the Hospital.
Mr Moloi sits there and looks on as Eunice takes the rap for his laziness. The man hasn’t attended to his patients, and his unfairness could cost Eunice her job.
Lizzy tried to talk some sense into her, but Eunice just ignored her.
Khwezikazi knows what Lehasa did, and now she feels like she owns him. She tries to convince him to drop Leeto as his lawyer and calls him weak.
Coming up on the next episode
Melita and John’s live bubble has burst, and their dirty laundry is hung out in the open for all to see.
Melita feels a need to explain herself. She might have to take Phumeza up on her proposal, do the expose with her, and tell her version of the story.
It’s no secret that Phomolo doesn’t like Khwezi, and now that Khwezi knows so much about them, he just feels even worse about her. It’s not a secret also that Khwezi is Lehasa’s protector. It’s now said that out of desperation, Phomolo gives out a threat that he will throw someone Lehasa trusts under the bus.
Eunice’s problems continue to escalate out of control, and she feels that Lizzy is meddling when she tries to help her. I’m terrified that Eunice is headed to the end as far as her job is concerned.
