Next on Muvhango: Gugu stabs someone at the Royal house
But let us first recap Monday’s episode.
Gugu is suffering from all kinds of PTSD. That’s Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and it all makes sense because no one would go back to being normal after the ordeal she had been in.
She is still suffering from nightmares, intrusive thoughts and flashback memories. Those are classic signs of PTSD.
She is also still suffering from withdrawal symptoms from all the drugs she had been fed for almost two months.
The Royals have yet to warm up to Gugu and think she needs counselling, and she doesn’t make things easier on herself when she mistakenly stabs Azwindini thinking he is a thief. Also, the message Azwindini received from his ancestors has caused the Royals to be extra vigilant.
Gugu then drops the pregnancy bomb on the Mukwevho’s, sending Vho-Masindi over the edge.
Susan is still suffering from the unexpected backlash she received from helping Gugu.
Vhutshilo and Kgosi have been working hard to help clear her name, and now they have enlisted help from Sharon.
James returns home after his accident on Friday, and Imani is helping him, but the relationship is still struggling after the speed bump it hit.
On the next episode
Mulimisi’s return from the mountains caused the Royal council to summon him for consultations. Many things have been going wrong in his absence, and there have been messages sent beyond the grave earning Vhafuwi of his new wife controlling him.
It seems the Royals cannot catch a break because they just came out of a hostage situation, and now it seems they are moving straight into another problem.
Imani and James are still working on their marriage, and he gets a gift for his wife as he continues to try and make amends for the mistakes he made. It also looks like things might return to normal because even Lesedi is starting to settle in.
She lost her marriage and her job in a short space of time. Shaz convinces her to go and take her life back and get a new job. Shaz thinks Susan should accept the invitation seriously; after all she has been through, Susan deserves to start winning.
