Ndikhokhele Remix: Why Samthing Soweto refused to work with Jub Jub
The remix of the song Ndikhokhela set social media ablaze when it was unveiled this week.
When Jub Jub dropped the song the hashtag #NdikhokheleRemix trended on Twitter.
Fans were left mesmerized by the vocals from the musicians featured on the song. Jub Jub featured Afro-soul singer Nathi, gospel heavyweights Rebecca Malope, Lebo Sekgobela, Benjamin Dube, Mlindo The Vocalist, Tkinzy, Judith Sephuma, and Ambitiouz Music hot duo Blaq Diamond.
After listening to Ndikhokhele remix, fans felt the song would have been on another level had Jub Jub featured Samthing Soweto. In the interest of transparency, Jub Jub revealed that he approached Samthing Soweto but the singer refused to work with him.
Nathi and Mlindo The Vocalist were showered with praises by fans for their respective verses on Ndikhokhele remix.
Mlindo The Vocalist took to social media to say that he is keen on working with Nathi.

In related news, Jub Jub intends to donate all the money he makes from Ndikhokhele remix to the families of the four children who lost their lives during his drag racing accident in 2010.
Jub Jub served a four-year jail sentence for the accident which also left two children brain-damaged. Jub Jub said he decided to give the proceeds of the song to the families because the children that were killed in the accident were studying to be something in their lives. He added that he wanted to be a son to the families of the children that died as a result of the incident.
