Minister of Sport, Arts & Culture Nathi Mthethwa warned Aka against trolling media personality Sizwe Dhlomo’s family. In a tweet that hinted the importance of Sizwe’s grandfather Isaac Dhlomo during the struggle against apartheid, Mthethwa gave Aka a warning that he ignored.
Nathi Mthethwa posted, “ANCYL’s 1st President Anton Lembede served his articles at law firm of one of the ANC’s founding fathers Pixley ka Seme’s. In 1946 Anton Lembede became a partner in this law firm with the help of a loan of close to R100,000 (considering inflation), from businessman Isaac Dhlomo.”

Aka did not take heed of the advice and went on to troll Sizwe and the Dhlomo family. He questioned why Sizwe’s grandfather, a person of colour was one of the few who had a farm during the apartheid era.
Aka said, Which people of colour owned farms in apartheid?…tricky.” Aka meant that only snitches and apartheid government agents and informants could get farms during the apartheid era.
The words did not go well with Sizwe who posted, “Time for Tweets is over, its time for action.” He also Tweeted, “now watch me end it.”

Aka subsequently apologised for what he termed stupid acts. Riky Rick, a fellow rapper who also castigated Sizwe also apologised and called Sizwe brother Siz.
