Nasty C and Moozlie launch podcast
The podcast follows the Netflix documentary that Nasty C launched last year, Zulu man in Japan. The 48 minute documentary was launched last year on the 25th of September. The documentary covered his experience in Japan.
“Perhaps it’s because I’m not just a rapper. I’m an artist and I feel like Japan is the hub of art. Shout out to Red Bull for giving me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and creativity as far as art, fashion and music go. Japan is dope. The language barrier is not even much of an issue. People here are kind, have good energy and they love my work,” he said
Nasty C collaborated with some of Japan’s favourite artists which include JP the Wavey and Ricky and Yoshy. In all he recorded seven songs in eight days.
Nasty C shared so much about the Japanese culture, food, public transport and fashion. The artist was fascinated by the entertainment and music in Japan not to mention his experiences with famous actor, Rakan Abdulwhahid and his manager Colin Gayle as well as Nigerian- American designer Ugo Mozie.
