Mzansi trolls Andile Mpisane’s soccer skills after viral video. You may have noticed Andile Mpisane trending since the weekend. If you are confused about why he’s trending, don’t worry. We’ll fill you in. By now should know that Andile Mpisane is the Chairman of Royal AM and also the club captain.

Although he appears out of shape, he occasionally appears in games. However, when he does take to the field, Andile Mpisane often focuses more on showing off than the team’s overall performance. During the past weekend, he tried to showcase some skills that amused the fans. Watch the video below:

However a few weeks ago, he made all sorts of headlines when he was snubbed off at the hour-mark. Andile Mpisane was the team captain during the match against AmaZulu FC. In the game’s backdrop, he was topping the trends of late after his viral video scolding his coach after being subbed off during a game played against AmaZulu.

Mpisane couldn’t act like other players and allowed the coach to do his job. The star was then substituted from the game hour mark. However, the move was welcomed by many as he struggled to match the game’s tempo. Many felt Andile was scolding him for substituting him. In the mix of things, Mzansi has been blasting him for his overweight. Fans were convinced he should work on his body to continue playing professional football.

After all, it seems that Andile Mpisane should focus on one thing. He must decide if he wants to be a player, musician, or chairman (on the field, he’s bullying coaches for a sub). Here are some of the comments that have flooded social media.

@DuncanDludlu said: “He is not bad but he must focus on his fitness level and be disciplined in the field. He can make his mom proud .”

@sumomoney commented: “We don’t deny that it’s his team, but at least respect the craft. He should put in the work to get into shape. Very few could get away with being overweight and playing good soccer.”

Last year Royal AM chairman and player Andile Mpisane failed simple passes during his club’s warm-up session before facing Mamelodi Sundowns in the DStv Diski Challenge. The musician-cum footballer was donning the famous number 10 shirt and looked to get himself in the playing rhythm to participate in the match.
