Tenda is still analyzing Mpho’s blackmail of him. He didn’t anticipate his wife, Mpho, would threaten him with evidence implicating him in murder by using it to blackmail him. Mpho, however, will do anything to keep Rosemary safe, which is why she blackmailed her husband. She also threatens to end the game if he doesn’t. Tenda is shocked by Mpho’s blackmail tactics.
Makhadzi is eluding Vhangani after taking R5,000 from him to gamble. She told him it would double, but after losing all her money in the casino, she is at a loss for words with him because she knows she took advantage of Vhangani, a mere royal servant. However, she can’t quite place it. Rendani sense something strange about Makhadzi. After she vanishes, the chief and queen’s mother wonder where Makhadzi is. Vhangani does not reveal the truth about her whereabouts.
After the chief gives her support, Susan’s emotional state improves. As she gets ready to fight back against Tenda, who she accuses of fabricating evidence linking her to a murder she had nothing to do with. Although Susan is still on bail, she has decided to fight the evil Tenda in the limited time she has left and establish that she was not involved in the murder of the former. To avenge Tenda and clear her name, Susan holds a press conference where reporters are free to ask her any questions, and she will answer truthfully. She tells everyone that Tenda wanted to be in charge of her and needed her to reorganize his cabinet.
Susan and Rendani cannot control the situation as the journalists press her about the overwhelming amount of evidence they believe to be against her. Although their efforts failed, Tenda is enraged. The public turns against the royal family because Susan is a member of it and claims that the family and the company they own shares in, MMC, are all implicated in this, so Tenda is not the only one impacted by the conference.
The residents of Thathe claim on the community radio station that they know Susan is working with the chief to commit the murders. Still, it turns out that Tenda was the one who paid them all to call to implicate Susan and everyone else further. Tenda, a member of MMC, is enraged that things are not going his way and isn’t afraid to pursue war all the way. He wanted Susan to award all major contracts to MMC so he could profit from them.
The fact that Zama is Rosemary’s sister has yet to be revealed to her boyfriend. As the episode closes, Imani and James are startled at Rosemary opening the door at Mpho and Tenda’s home. Imani is extremely shocked to learn that Rosemary is keeping this monster at her home when everyone knows Rosemary is wanted by the police and is a criminal. Rosemary kidnapped Imani’s cousin, Gugu.
