We can all agree their thrust into the limelight came in the backdrop of their lead roles on Muvhango. Well, it seems as if the two will be kissing goodbye to the on-screen characters we love to hate. They were angry after their contracts were short-changed. Another source has it that:
“The day contracts were renewed, he received an email saying he was being moved from a global contract to a call contract. He didn’t sign it because he knew that meant they didn’t want him anymore. He was angry because he left home in Limpopo and moved to Gauteng for the show. No doubt he felt it was unfair that he was given a warning.”
“There was nothing out of the ordinary for me. The opportunity was good and I gave it my best. I had fun with the character that I played for many years.”
“The production house informed us that it communicated with MacDonald and Sydney, informing them that with the new contract, they would be placed on a call basis.”
