Musician Brian Temba Tests Positive For COVID-19

Musician Brian Temba has tested positive for COVID-19.

He is the latest South African celebrity to test positive for Covid-19. Brian Temba has shared his feelings after people close to him died from the illness.

Temba took to social media to share his status. He also warned people to take the guidelines put in place to protect them very seriously.

Said Temba:

Sometimes we take things for granted and think some of the bad things that happen in the world would not affect us, until it’s on your doorstep. A few days ago I tested positive for Covid-19, when I thought it would be something that wouldn’t get close to me.

Good evening. 😊. Sometime we take things for granted and we think some of the bad things that happen in the world would not affect us until it’s on your door step. A few days ago I tested positive for COVID-19, when I thought it would be something that wouldn’t even get close to me. Today I also learnt that an industry friend passed in due to this Pandemic, you can imagine my fear especially after that, but I remembered what the word said, No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and I have a family that I love, so I have to beat this. Brian Temba said he had learnt that industry friend who died after contracting the coronavirus, and that news increased his fear about what might happen to him. Brian was referring to the death of PR guru Pheko Kgengoe.

Kgengoe who was aged 35, succumbed to COVID-19 according to reports.
