He has the plug and the bling too. Of late, he has been the talk of the town after he took his shot on Pearl Thusi and managed to secure a date. From a date with Pearl Thusi to lunch with Mercedes Benz. However, it seems as if the date opened the flood gates of heaven for Mr Smeg since he won big of late.
Many questions have been asked about Mr Smeg. The celebrated media personality and content creator was born in 1985. Despite Oskido stealing his, date Mzansi has been more than keen to know about Mr Smeg. Michael Mncedi Bucwa is one of the South African social media influencers. However, he also doubles as a digital content creator and systems analyst.
He’s thrust into the limelight came in the backdrop of his viral pictures with a smeg kettle flooded social media. He always posted pictures with his famous red smeg kettle, which later became his signature.

Despite playing dump, always Mr Smeg educational qualifications have got Mzansi talking. Well, he holds an electrical engineer diploma from Buffalo City College. In a bid to furnish his craze for engineering, he went to enrol for Mechatronics Engineering at the VW Learning Academy.
In 2014 he worked as a technician before relocating to Tshwane after a four-year stay in East London. However, he is currently working as an Engineering System Analyst. Of interest is that he has worked for both BMW and Mercedes Benz.
No doubt we can all agree that Smeg and Bogartman gave him a headstart in the advertisement industry. After all, he is a CEO in real life as he owns a company registered under the name BucwaGroup. The company was established in July 2017 in Pretoria and spread its wings across Mzansi. He also cashes in from advertisements deals, one of them being Mercedes Benz. As of 2022, he has an estimated net worth of R2.2 million.
