More se_xual harassment victims confirm allegations against Metro Fm
Despite bagging 89 nominations in the annual radio awards, SABC has been rocked by one of the biggest se_xual harassment scandals. In the wake of her exit from Metro FM, the media picked something off about Pearl Modiadie fallout with the station. No doubt she was one of the firebrands who made a name for herself and the station in recent years.
The media connected the dots which led to se_xual harassment allegations. Well over the past few decades, Metro Fm has become a powerhouse of radio stations in South Africa.
We can all agree that they have been notoriously known for producing talented entertainment presenters. Nevertheless in history-making, it seems as if those talented presenters go through a lot to thrust into the limelight.
They are best known for producing the likes of Mzansi’s finest Bonang and Lerato Kganyago to list a few. Despite this, over the years, they have been tainted by scandals of what happens to their workers behind the scenes.

Earlier this week, the country was left awestruck after one of South Africa’s most talented television and radio personalities; Pearl Modiadie, decided to break the silence and opened up on some of the most painful experiences that she suffered while she was still working for the radio station.
However, in the wake of the daring call seasoned radio personalities have opened up about their nightmares at Metro FM. This has not only happened to Modiadie alone.

However, Pearl Thusi found the courage to go public with what also happened to her while she was still working for the company.
I love radio and entertainment as a whole, and I am very passionate about what I do, but I would rather die than go back to work for that radio station.”
Metro Fm has been home to major talent, and it has been a dominant force in the entertainment industry, but at the rate that things are going; it won’t be long until it, unfortunately, collapses to the ground.
