Radio presenters Mo Flava and MacG have recently buried the hatchet after being in a “cold war” for some time. The pair had accused each other of bad-mouthing them because of their job losses.
Mo Flava Stands in for MacG
In a surprising turn of events, Mo Flava stood in for MacG on the Monday episode of Podcast and Chill. Many fans did not see this coming, as the pair had not seen eye to eye for a while, or so it seemed.
The former Metro FM DJ explained why he was standing in for MacG, saying that he had received a message from him asking him to stand in because he was going away. Mo initially thought it was a scam but later called MacG to confirm.
No More Beef
Mo Flava stated that the narrative that he and MacG were beefing was fake news. He said, “I don’t have beef, I’ve never said a single thing about Mac anywhere. That guy is a lying little sh*t. Mac G and I’s history stems from the old days back in Y when he started out on my radio show.”
Mo also said that he does not think MacG has beef with him. In an old episode, MacG recalled a time when he had just started his podcast and Mo was being spicy with people on Twitter. He said that someone had tweeted at Mo asking where MacG was, and Mo had replied, “last time I checked he was sitting on a couch talking shi** and I’m doing breakfast at Metro.”
Moving Forward
It seems that Mo Flava and MacG have put their differences aside and are moving forward. With Mo standing in for MacG on his podcast, it’s clear that the pair are willing to work together and support each other.
