Taking to Twitter to flaunt her curves in a bikini as is the norm of the day, Shudu ends up dodging hateful comments from disappointed tweeps. While masses were drooling on her picture, with some passing perveted comments, the other lot had questions in store for Miss SA.

Look sisi, you are gorgeous and we are excited that for a change Miss SA is a representation of black women… However, this is now becoming overrated. We can’t afford to have a whole Miss SA parading in swimwear all the time. Some brain power please?
We are not saying she must wear curtains. We are asking for balance. Instead of photos of her parading in swimwear why not more photos of her doing community work for instance…. Or engage in economic challenges. Anything. Just balance. She does look great.
It’s clearly hard for beauty to be associated with brains as the Venda Queen’s thinking abilities now lie in question because she likes to show off her skin. Shudufhadzo Musida is a 24 year old South African model who recently scooped the prestigious title of Miss SA 2020. Her coronation is an inspiration to many black girls but her abilities remain in question. All this because she flaunts more of her body than her ideas to make a better South Africa.
