wellMihlali Ndamase’s lover Leeroy Sidambe now broke, fails to pay workers’ salaries. Well, Mihlali Ndamase’s lover and businessman, Dumezweni Leeroy Sidambe, is topping trends after it was reported that he failed to pay his staff members their December bonuses and salaries due on 7 January 2023. He has been said to be broke of late. His lavish glitz and glamour lifestyle has seen him having some financial woes.
Some workers at his company, Black Industrials Africa Group, have since let the cat out of the bag. They have it that they are struggling to make ends meet after the company failed to pay their December bonuses and other paychecks are yet to be issued.
“I didn’t expect to be paid what’s due to me. The festive season was miserable for my family. The last time he paid us a 13th cheque was in 2021. But he is busy living his best life as a celebrity.”
Another staff member has it that he is tired of waiting. One of the senior workers has it that:
“We have protected him long enough. He would usually pay us on the 7th of every month. This month, he sent a letter on the 6 January stating that payments have been delayed and he would not be able to process funds on the 7th,” the staff member revealed.

However, the staff also claims they didn’t get their December salaries on the agreed dates. Reports have it that they were paid between the 11th and the 14th instead of the 7th.
” Another staff member says their job is to guard the SASSA pay-outs and ensure people receive their grants safely. Imagine seeing people getting money while you watch, and you are guarding them for free.”
Through his Executive Director Z.M Nxumalo, Leeroy gave an update to his workers. In the mix of things, Leeroy told the approximately 60 staff members that the delays were technical. The letter reads:
“We, as the management of Black Industrialists Africa Group (security division)would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused for the salary delay in; there is an operational and technical difficulty that resulted in a huge irregularity affecting all of us. Well will have embarked on an audit to establish and verify all affected parties; we will remedy any errors on Monday 09/01/2023 asap. We will always strive to ensure that we pay salaries accurately and within the stipulated payment date.”
However, the salaries payments, which were supposed to be done on 9 January, are yet to be paid.
