Durban is the next city that has been added to The Real Housewives Franchise and we are here for that! After the resounding success of the Real Housewives Of Johannesburg, we will get to witness the sassiness from the Real Housewives Of Durban in January.
The international franchise has just added Durban to their list of cities and it boasts of a stellar cast of very interesting ladies. Leading up to it’s official release, 1Magic has revealed the cast describing the ladies as ‘sassy, spicy and salty.’ According to their website, the ladies will, as always invite viewers to their lavish lifestyles where they flaunt their expensive lifestyles.
Making up the cast is music mogul Ayanda Ncwane who for some might know her as late gospel singer Sfiso Ncwane’s widow. Her social media is decorated by her fascinating sense of fashion which many of her followers admire. Apart from that, Ayanda has an artist management company.
Secondly, we have Nonku Williams who scored herself the major role in the show for being the founder of Ashes to Beauty Winery. The interesting figure is also apparently into construction and is a mother of three.
Thirdly, there is Kgomotso Ndungane who runs a triple threat company which caters for the rich and famous. She mainly dabbles in events equipment hiring, events creation and also a flower boutique. She is married to former Sharks and Springbok winger Odwa Ndungane.
Then viewers will get to meet Sorisha Naidoo, businesswoman by day and also a DJ by night. She is married to businessman Vivian Reddy. She is also a familiar face as she is not new to reality TV. She was once cast as a diva in Diva’s of Jozi in the year 2016.
The 4th housewife – who is not married but was however a betrothed woman to former president Jacob Zuma, is non other than Nonkanyiso Conco. They however, have a child together. Perhaps this show will allow her to break away from that box many have placed in of just being the former president’s baby mama, to knowing her as the businesswoman that she is. Apart from that she also is a motivational speaker.
Lastly, we have Ann-Toni Ludick who runs a dance agency as well as events company. Her agency does well as her dancers can be spotted in many major events in Durban.
The pilot episode of this season will premier on January 29 and will air on 1Magic channel 103 at 19h00.
