Mbuyiseni Ndlozi facing rape charges as victim files police report
EFF firebrand Mbuyiseni Ndlozi is facing rape charges after he was allegedly implicated in a rape incident that happened recently in Sandton. However, the latter has since dismissed the daring allegations indicating that he was not even aware of the event and victim. In the wake of these daring allegations, the EFF firebrand has seen himself trending.
The police have since confirmed that a report was recently filed implicating Ndlozi as the rapist. This daring incident barely comes a few years after Ndlozi was also implicated in another nasty rape and murder case in 2016.
According to the women’s report, she claims that Ndlozi raped her during the early hours of Friday morning. The veteran politician has since distanced himself from the allegations. Ndlozi has offered his maximum cooperation to the law enforcing agents and hopes the perpetrator will be brought to book.
The women strongly claim that he raped her at an upmarket penthouse in Sandton. According to the police report, the 23-year-old indicated that she met Ndlozi after she was tagged along to a party by her friends.
The complainant has it that the party was held at Rivonia. According to the victim, the place closed and they remained behind up until 1.30am. It was established that some guys vowed to keep on parting.

“10 minutes at the penthouse, a male individual arrived and introduced himself as Quinton. They were relaxing drinking and chatting. During a conversation and interaction with Quinton it became quiet and at 3.30 am,” she said in her statements.
According to the victim, she felt dizzy and went straight to bed in one of the bedrooms. However, a few minutes later Quinton came to check up on her if she was ok. The victim has it that she said ok and later blacked out.
She has it that when she gained consciousness she remembered that Quinton on top of her and she was naked. The victim later indicated the next moment Quinton was nowhere to be found. After asking the girls who were around if they knew him they all distanced themselves from the matter.
The girl indicated that she was experiencing some serve pain in her privates and abdomen. Things got heated up and no one claimed to know Quinton. She left the place and made some reports. She has it that she was shocked when she discovered that Mbuyiseni Ndlozi was allegedly Quinton. Ndlozi’s middle name is “Quintin”. In her police statement, she indicated that she identified Quinton through images.
