Matric Students To Write Combined Exam
Matrics at public schools will write combined exams from 5 November to December 15.
The Department of Basic Education finally released the combined timetable on Wednesday.
The matric exams were combined because candidates could not write the May and June exams due to the covid-19 induced national lockdown.
In a statement, the department says the late commencement of the exams will give matriculants adequate time to cover the curriculum and time for revision.
Candidates registered for the October/November National Senior Certificate will receive an admission letter, listing their subjects and exam centre by the end of September.
The results are expected to be released on 23 February.
