Scara Chilli Ya Baba is accusing Mapara A Jazz of stealing the hit song.
Dominic “Matanta” Baloyi of Scara Chilli Ya Baba told a publication that the song was stolen by Malaya who is a brother to Scara Chilli Ya Baba group member Ndivhuwo.
Dominic said they want the song back and implied Mapara A Jazz had proposed a collaboration as compensation. He added that he did not think the issue would go this far but Mapara A Jazz are disrespecting and undermining them.
He said the duo deserves to rot in jail because they are thieves. Dominic said the issue will only be resolved when Mapara A Jazz return the song John Vuli Gate. He further went on and said it was too late for the duo to apologize as they had turned down an amicable solution to the issue by being conceited.
Ndivhuwo said he did not want to see his brother arrested but there was nothing he could do as they had spent a lot of money on the song and will not let the issue slide easily. He urged Malaya to apologize and bring the song back to Scara Chilli Ya Baba.
Pretoria Central cop shop spokeswoman, Captain Agustinah Selepe confirmed Mapara A Jazz’s arrest and sais they allowed the duo to leave because the issue is still under investigation.
