During Mampintsha’s memorial service on Friday, Babes Wodumo talks about the last days she spent with her husband. Mampintsha died in a Durban hospital at the weekend. He was admitted to King Edward Hospital for treatment after a minor stroke. He was then transferred to Durdoc Hospital. His widow, Babes, was given the platform to give a speech at her husband’s memorial service, and she revealed his last words.
Babes talked about Mampintsha’s last days while being treated at the hospital. She revealed that although the couple had infidelity issues in their marriage, Mampintsha loved her. He proved his undying love for his wife while on his deathbed.
In his last days, he said he loved me. I think that’s why I’m this strong.

The celebrated star also talked about how his husband cheated on her several times.

In other news, Mampintsha’s father paid tribute to his son and talked about his last days. During Mampintsha’s memorial service, his father, TI Maphumulo, was visibly heartbroken as he bid farewell to his son. He talked about how his son was sick for a short time and how he spent his last days.
IT Maphumulo said that Mampintsha was a devoted Christian during his last days.
I’m here to say until now its sad how he died. It didn’t make anyone at ease, and that stress still hits me today. He was only sick for a short while and after that he died.
“He said to me, while he was sick, that he kept the promise and he was holding on to God. He told me God was alive in him and most of the time it was Him that blessed him. He said he had given his life to God.”
Babes Wodumo talked bout her beef with Mampintsha’s mother
Well, it’s well-known that daughters-in-law always don’t usually get along with their mothers’ in-laws, and that was the case with Babes and her mother-in-law. The two used to make headlines for the wrong reason and could not hide the fact that they didn’t like each other. However, Babes addresses the feud with her mother-in-law at Mampintsha’s funeral.
I would first like to thank you for the love you have for us. I didn’t expect the place to be this packed. Thank you, Tira, for loving my husband. Even you, Danger, and all his friends. I would like to thank you, Baba Maphumulo, you raised him well with respect and prayer.
