Multi-Millionaire Mamkhize And Son Andile Mpisane Face Eviction From Sandton Properties
For many, it might not add up how a multi-millionaire and her son face eviction yet they have a lot to spend. No doubt Mzansi woke up to Andile Mpisane and Mamkhize property saga.
A Joburg real estate agent has filled for an urgent court order to throwout TV Personality and multi-millionaire Shauwn Mkhize and her son after their failure to pay for the four properties they acquired from him.
The properties which are in the lavish suburb of Sandton are reportedly worth a whopping R20 million. The eviction order application comes in the wake after they allegedly reneged on a cash sale deal.
The eviction order was filled this week by one Baruch Roy Peretz in Joburg High Court. Just like any other celebrated celebrities in Mzansi and across the globe they are well known for their taste of a lavish life. One can not talk about designer clothes, exotic cars and a lavish lifestyle.
However, this time around it seems the duo have failed to pay for their bling. Sunday World broke this news first which saw the duo trending. We can all agree the duo has been making headlines of late but this one is for the wrong reasons. Despite all this Mamkhize and Andile are set to respond to the eviction order.
According to released copies by Sunday World Andile as the first respondent whilst Mamkhize was second. On the other hand, the state papers stated that Peretz had been granted power of attorney by seller Yaron Peretz. The third respondents were the occupants of the R20 million properties.
According to Peretz affidavit, the latter Andile signed an offer to purchase the properties in cash instalments. The deal involved the purchase of four posh houses in the Northern lavish suburbs of Johannesburg Sandton. In Peretz affidavit, the deal was done on 29 July last year.

The first property was stacked at R8.25-million, whilst the second was worth R3.95-million. On the other hand, the third property was valued not less than R2 million whilst the fourth amounted to R5.25-million.
Peretz did admit that the properties were sold out without any paperwork of guarantee or warranty in place. The priced properties were sold to Andile voetstoots. According to the deal, Andile was not allowed to do any improvement to the properties without the consent of Perez that’s before the properties are not fully purchased.
For the first property, Andile only managed to pay R1.59-million from the agreed R2-million instalment. Between September and January, he failed to pay instalments amounting to R560 000. Currently, he has arrears over R3.2 million.
In the case of the R3.952-million property, he has 1.795 million in arrears. the latter failed to pay R359 000 in instalments between the course of September to January.
For the R5,250-million property, Andile failed to pay R477 000 which was supposed to be for instalments. However, he has arrears amounting to R2.385-million. Peretz also indicated that Andile has arrears amounting to R630 000 for the R2 million property.

Peretz indicated that the two are currently living in the properties for free because they haven’t even paid much for the apartments. He lashed the duo for failing to respect their deal. He also said he had to file an eviction for evection orders because the two are not paying and is currently financially prejudiced.
Last year he tried to evict them from the properties but they, however, refused to leave. Peretz was left with no option but to go for the embarrassing way to solve the matter.
Manager to Andile, Ability Ngcobo declined to provide a comment to the matter. On the other hand, contacted for comment Mamkhize did say that she was not even aware of this. She had this to say
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
