DJ Maphorisa responded to allegations that he is not the leading producer of Particula and Amablesser. The claims made by Howard on the Podcast and Chill with MacG did not phase the award-winning record producer. Despite shots fired at him to respond on Twitter and Facebook, DJ Maphorisa took business, as usual, preparing for his much anticipated Botswana ladies affair bash. Finally, the DJ responded in a video.
DJ Maphorisa’s response
Podcast and Chill with MacG is arguably Mzansi’s number 1 podcast. Celebrities chill discussing social life, business, current affairs and entertainment. Howard, a music producer was a guest on the podcast and claimed that DJ Maphorisa is a scam and he stole hit songs Amablesser and Particular. He said DJ Maphorisa did not even pay the co-producers.
“Before he posted that thing, he called me,” Said DJ Maphorisa. He cited that MacG informed him of the allegations. “Go on, bro, that’s your job, that’s how you eat, so go on and blast me,” DJ Maphorisa responded, giving MacG the green light to continue with talking whatever he wants about him.
Will Howard ever rise again?
Instead of coming on board and speaking to DJ Maphorisa or using other legal routes to get justice, Howard chose MacG’s podcast and chill. Madumane as he is now popularly known, quickly told Howard that MacG could finish his career if you are not careful. Maphorisa says that sometimes you must be very selfish and claim yours. “When you pull your legs down, brother, I will not force you. Sometimes you have to be selfish and say, this is my song,” DJ Maphorisa said.
As it stands, Maphorisa remains the winner as Howard must now pull another shot to prove his position. Maybe Howard tried to get fame by fighting a big name in the industry. He did not get the desired results.
