Accused NO 4 says he does not see the need to tell the court why he needs a lawyer because he didn’t kill #SenzoMeyiwa. Accused NO5 says he also does not see the need for the services of a legal representative because he does not know why he is here.
Accused 4 Mthokozisi Maphisa takes it further by saying through and interpreter that “they lied and said we were arrested yesterday and yet some of us were already charged as far back as August
