Nearly three months after announcing their pregnancy, Bonko Khoza and his wife Lesego have revealed the sex of their baby. Lesego shared the news on her Instagram timeline, posting pictures of herself in a pink dress with the caption “Drum roll … it’s a girl!”
A Love Story
Bonko and Lesego met at arts school and began dating in March 2013. They were married eight years later in 2021, on the same day as their anniversary.
The couple celebrated their anniversary in March and expressed their love for each other on social media. Bonko shared a heartfelt note on Instagram, along with pictures from their photo shoot.

A Decade of Love
“Ten years ago on this day, you changed my life when our eyes locked for the first time. You turned me into the person I always dreamt of being,” Bonko wrote.
He went on to express his gratitude for their two years of marriage and his hopes for their future together. “May the rest of my days with you be as beautiful as your smile. May the rest of our days be filled with laughter, love, learning and healing,” he said.
Bonko also thanked Lesego for choosing him and loving him. “If you cannot see me, don’t look for me out there, I will be waiting for you in the corner of your heart. Happy anniversary, my love,” he wrote.
