Zero legal knowledge
Apparently, when the couple was wedded in 2001, they didn’t have much legal knowledge. Initially, they thought their assets belonged to them as individuals. Seeing that they now realize what in the community of property means, they decided to change.
The status will protect the marriage
According to the couple, they still want to expand their respective empires. Each of them has businesses of its own. If one fails with their new marriage agreement, one spouse will carry the other. If one fails at a later stage, the marriage’s finances will be compromised.
Inheritances
