Lebo M, the renowned Lion King producer and well-known casanova, is currently embroiled in a legal battle over his luxury vehicle. Despite purchasing a Mercedes-Benz A200, Lebo M has fallen behind on his monthly installments, prompting Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to take action.
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services recently filed an application for default judgment against Lebo M in the Johannesburg High Court. According to court documents, the agreement was made on March 6, 2020, in Sandton. Under this agreement, Lebo M received a loan to purchase the Mercedes-Benz A200, with a total value of R478,219.40.
Despite the financial arrangement, Lebo M has refused to hand over the luxury vehicle. His failure to meet the agreed-upon payment terms has forced Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to seek legal recourse.
Interestingly, it remains unclear whether this is the same Mercedes-Benz that Lebo M’s estranged wife, Pretty Samuels, demanded from him amid their alleged fallout. Pretty Samuels confirmed that she was driving Lebo M’s Mercedes but claimed ignorance of any summons related to its return. She emphasized her rights as a wife and expressed surprise at the situation being reported in the media.
Social media users have weighed in on the news, with some expressing surprise at Lebo M’s financial situation given his substantial Lion King royalties. Others view his actions as petty, considering his financial resources.
