Chivi South member of parliament Killer Zivhu has been fired from Zanu PF. Zivhu was was suspended from his party last year for insubordination. Zanu PF has resolved to fire him.
Last year he was accusing of being part of the G40 faction of Zanu PF that saw most of its members feeling into exile when the lacoste faction and the army succeeded Robert Mugabe through the November 2017 coup.
Zivhu posted on Twitter that MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa and President Mnangagwa’s wife Auxilia Mnangagwa should meet to iron things out as they husbands are miles apart from agreeing. The tweet drew condemnation from Zanu PF Masvingo provincial leadership who suspended him and instituted an investigation into his conduct at party level.

Sources close to the happenings reveal that Zivhu’s fate was sealed a ong time ago as he was seen as a close ally of the Mugabe faction. He used to publish Chivi Zimasset bulletin praising the former First Lady Grace Mugabe every month.
A champion of development in his constituency, Zivhu is seen by Masvingo provincial leadership as a threat to their grip on power according to other sources.
