Khloe Kardashian is purportedly set to sell her Calabasas mansion for R330 million. Khloe who stars in “Keeping Up with the Kardashian” is said to have bought the expansive 11 000 square-foot Mediterranean Revival mansion from pop ace Justin Bieber in 2014.
Bieber had reportedly purchased it from the estranged wife to Hollywood legend Eddie Murphy, Nicole after the mansion was left to her following their divorce.
Tomer Frideman who is Kardashian long-time realtor confirmed that a member of the family was about the sell the mansion.
Even though Fridman did not disclose the name of the person for legal reasons the description of the property matched Khloe’s mansion.
Featuring on an episode of “Real Talk” on IGTV, Fridman told the host Alexander Ali that the house which featured on the cover of the Architectural Digest with Khloe’s sibling Kourtney’s nearby home in 2016 in question was going to be listed for the mega sum.
“It has real Hollywood history. It was owned, initially when it was built, by the ex-wife of an uber celebrity, he bought it for her in the divorce. Then we sold it to a very young pop star, who is very famous still to this day. A famous celebrity comedian and then a young pop star.
“And then from the young pop star, when he wanted to move on, I sold it to one of my favourites, favourite, favourite clients, who I cannot mention her name. But the house was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest, and it was actually her and her sister who lives down the street. So, they were both featured on the cover of Architectural Digest and in a significant spread featuring this house and her sister’s house,” he said.
Fridman maintained that whoever ends up purchasing the mansion will benefit from complete privacy.“You have the most breath-taking views. Just absolutely incredible, complete privacy, I mean unless you’re in a helicopter you’re not seeing into this house ever.”
Fridman, who customers include Khloe’s former husband Lamar Odom and Britney Spears claimed that he was just working out the details before the listing was made.
