Influencer and fashion model Kefilwe Mabote has responded to haters who trounced her for ‘losing her Porsche‘ after the National Prosecuting Authority and the Hawks seized her boyfriend Edwin Sodi’s luxury cars.
While she was not directly involved in the corrupt business transactions that Sodi performed, she suffered the wrath of the public for association with one of the most corrupt businessmen of this generation.
The news was rife that Kefilwe’s Porsche was also seized. It is not clear if the black luxury car actually belongs to her or her boyfriend, or if it is the one that was seized.
Kefilwe posted a video of herself driving a Porsche afterwards suggesting that she still had the car, even though the video was not live. The authenticity of the video was questioned.
She took to Instagram to let out her frustration to people who question her ability and those who think she depends on her boyfriend.
“Le Pantsula lako Moletsane….Surely I have earned my stripes in using “Tjovitjo” the next time we see each other right? I hope le grand.”

Her followers lapped into her defence, suggesting that the Influencer made her money before Sodi.
One Naledi said, “Kefilwe Mabote has always been a top tier luxury content influencer long before this. Let’s not take that away from her, please.
For me, it’s people undermining Kefilwe forgetting she’s been balling long before Sodi was even in her picture. That woman is a top influencer, not these chancers.
Another Tweep said, “As Women, there’s nothing wrong with exclusively wanting to date rich guys, we don’t need to prove our love by dating broke guys. Kefilwe Mabote was an aspirational influencer way before she dated Sodi, let’s not disregard her hustle because of whom she chose to date.
Edwin will be fine, Kefilwe will be fine too. She’s been Kefiboo way before Edwin came into the picture about a year ago… you all have been buying her book, her influencer gigs aren’t running dry too, baby girl will be fine.
Another follower maintained that Sodi has something to do with Kefilwe’s success, “Kefilwe became a luxury influencer because of the money of her partner. If it was not for that money, she wouldn’t have had the luxury goods she had before the IG influencer trend. She doesn’t come from a wealthy family.
