Simosibucayi Buthelezi who plays Game over on Uzalo has facial and structural similarities with Sifiso Sibiya, who plays Bab’ Gumede on Durban Gen. Are the two related?
On Durban Gen, Sifiso Sibiya plays Bab’Gumede, a paramedic at a highly acclaimed hospital Durban Gen – the jewel of KwaZulu-Natal healthcare where every doctor wants to practice, and every patient wants to be treated.
In contrast, despite starting as an extra on Uzalo, Simosibucayi Buthelezi landed a role where he plays Screwdriver, a handyman and Nkunzi’s thug based In KwaMashu. Unlike Bab’ Gumede, who is loyal to his work, Screwdriver is loyal to himself.
Despite being Nkunzi’s thug, Screwdriver will always switch sides when it suits him.
The two have physical similarities and look similar to each other but are not related. Sifiso Sibiya, who played ‘Maphikela” in Ifalakhe, considers Buthelezi an industry brother.

Savannanews previously reported that Mpho Molepo Fats from Rhythm City is related to Mpho J Molepo Kabisi Moroka from Generations.
Mpho Molepo is a South African actor known for his role as Fats on Rhythm City is said to be related to Mpho J Molepo who plays Kabisi Moroka on Generations The Legacy.
Speaking during an interview session with journalist Wendy Mothata on his relationship with Kabisi Moroka from Generations, Fats revealed that “All Molepos are related,” he first met Kabisi in 1994 in the industry. He also said that his father Arthur Molepo knew about Mpho J Molepo way before 1994.
Fats and Kabisi maybe cousins in real life, Kabisi is 6 years older than Fats despite Fats being the most popular of the two.
