They look altogether – fans lament the similarities between Uzalo actress Gabisile and her daughter Yolisa Nomusa Cele. Actress Baby Cele –Maloka plays the Gabisile role in Uzalo. Gabisile was married to the pastor of KwaMashu Christian Church, Qhabanga –the role played by Siyabonga Shibe. She was troubled by one murder secret; she killed Khehla, her stepson; when she confessed her sins, she was dead, beaten to death by her husband, thrown into the river and later rescued by Hlelo.
Gabisile has a history with Nkunzi (Masoja Msiza). The pair have a child together, Sibonelo Mhlongo, the exit of Qhabanga on Uzalo saw Nkunzi making advances to rekindle his old love with Gabisile.
