Actor Elvis Nkosi currently plays the role of Mo on Generations The Legacy; he is famous for playing Mahlatshe Ledwaba in the SABC2 telenovela Giyani: Land of Blood.
The 23 years old model who became an actor was born on 19 August 1999 and raised in Mamelodi, Pretoria. He started acting during primary school when his grade 6 teacher introduced him to the drama club. Elvis’ acting journey continued to Phateng Secondary School, and he secured funding from Unicef through the Children’s Foundation Radio. Due to his acting proficiency, Mo was the leader of his high school drama team and scored several accolades. He is qualified with a Bachelor of Information Science in Multimedia degree at the University of Pretoria.

“I begged the role on Generations The Legacy through my agency Trinity Management which already have a few actors in the soapie, including Andile Nebulane and Karabo Maseko. I hope this recurring role will open previously closed doors in the industry.’

Elvis has done exceedingly well for a creative of his age; his modelling background has scored him advertising deals over the years. He earned a leading appearance in the Survivor Multichoice promotional advertisement making R125 000 from the deal.
