Lehasa is at the mercy of a psychopath. Last night Khwezi attempted to finish him off when Lehasa partially regained consciousness and called out Pretty’s name.
Let’s go through the events as told by Khwezi
Everything that happened but reversed…
The woman is more than an upgrade from Lelo; she is a whole new breed.
She eavesdropped on Malume’s conversation with his family, so they could organize a consultation with a Sangoma to throw the bones on this matter.
Phomolo figured that if the traditional healer saw Lehasa’s blood, it would throw a shade of light into who attacked him.
He doesn’t believe a word Khwezi is saying, but he doesn’t know that Khwezi is a step ahead of him.
She goes and gets a bucket and cleans the blood, so Malome’s plan with the Sangoma falls through, and then she does the most unthinkable thing.
Khwezi goes and visits Lehasa at the hospital and asks him why he did what he did. When Lehasa mentions pretty’s name, she goes for a switch on the wall attempting to finish him off. Still, when Peterson comes in and overhears what Lehasa said, Khwezi pretends as if Lehasa was calling out Pretty’s name because he is afraid of her.
Pretty and Khwezi the Beast
It looks like this whole time, the Beast was Khwezi, and on Monday night, it was the full moon that unleashed the claws of hell.
The odds are against Pretty. Let’s count the ways…
1. She hasn’t told the truth about why she was at Lehasa’s house and not at her “experiential job training” in Mpumalanga.
Her family thinks Khwezi and Lehasa kidnapped her. Her family believes she did the deed anyway, but for different reasons. So when they find out how much she lied, all hell will break loose.
2. Pretty told the police that she doesn’t know why Khwezi turned into the stab queen, yet Pretty is the reason. Now that Lehasa is indisposed, he cannot save the situation, so as of now, it’s Pretty’s word against Khwezi’s, and at the level, Kwhezi is playing, things are not looking suitable for Pretty.
3. There is also the issue of Pretty throwing a fork at Lehasa, injuring him, and if the police enquired well, Katlego Pieterson could be a witness against Pretty because he saw the whole thing, and it didn’t look good. She did injure Lehasa. Kat doesn’t know what happened after that; all he knows is that Pretty chose violence with Lehasa.
It seems we are still in for a huge battle on Skeem Saam.
