Joyous Celebration Singer Nkanyiso Bhengu joins the cast of Durban Gen.
In tonight’s episode, all of Durban Gen will be attending Sne and Dhlomo’s wedding. Despite all the excellent preparations, the drama will unfold with the groom turning against the bride. Among the actors in the industry who will be making cameo appearances at the wedding, Nkanyiso Bhengu makes it to the list.
According to pictures shared on Durban Gen’s official pages, Nkanyiso is to join the cast as the officiator of the wedding. The actor and singer can be seen in the pictures wearing garments won by a priest. He is the one who will lead the two into holy matrimony. Fans of the actor are excited for him for this role in the etv drama series.
From the highlights shared of tonight’s episode, we see Sne getting ready to walk down the aisle. However, the groom is running late and walks into the room, not paying any regard to superstition. He slaps a worried Snehlahla, who is trying to tell him it’s bad luck to see each other. The reason for his use of violence will be shown in today’s episode, and many can only imagine that he has learnt that the baby Sne is carrying is not his. Most likely, the priest’s job will be a short one with all the drama surrounding the marriage.
Nkanyiso Bhengu rose to fame through a competition called Popstars on SABC 3. After his debut in the industry, the actor and singer never looked back. He recorded several singles for Joyous Celebration making his mark as an artist. But after that, he landed roles as an actor in many productions. Bhengu has landed roles in Home Affairs, Nomzamo, Soul Buddyz, The Queen, Zaziwa, The River and many more.
