Khaya Dladla is stealing the show House of Zwide with his unique acting skills. He portrays his role to perfection as Lazarous such that Mzansi thought he studied acting. Khaya is an academic genius who holds multiple degrees in programmes not related to acting.
The actor recently hogged headlines after throwing himself a lavishing birthday bash on his birthday. Fans were surprised by his age as they thought he was old, judging from his acting role on House Of Zwide. Onset, he portrays a mature character and most trusted advisor.
Khaya Dladla’s academic qualifications
The actor was born an intelligent child who would participate in many activities at school. Although he grew up in the country’s remote areas in the Umalazi BB section, Khaya has always wanted to be a star.
After doing his matric at Brittenwood High School, he enrolled for a diploma in Advertising from Varsity College. Following his graduation from Varsity College, Khaya signed up for a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications degree from the University of UNISA.
Khaya is a go-getter; she has done everything from acting, presenting, modelling, and entrepreneurship to securing the bag. Rumour has it that he dumped his role as GC on Uzalo so he could focus on his business investments.

Many could have wondered about the type of business Khaya is involved in? The actor has a diploma in fashion and recently launched his sneaker line. He took it to Instagram to show his achievements, and Mzansi was impressed with his boss’s moves.
A career in the entertainment world
The actor ventured into acting at the age of eight whilst in primary school. He would attend ballet classes, and that’s when his parents discovered Khaya had a calling in singing, dancing and acting. Although they wanted their son to be a star, they banned him from attending ballet classes so he could focus on his education.
Khaya then chose to be a full-time entertainer after graduating, landing a role on Uzalo as GC. He nailed his role to perfection as GC resulting in him winning more acting gigs.
