The actress is best known for her role as Dintle on etv series Scandal. Mapaseka, or as she is popularly known, Pasi was born in Bloemfontein in 1989. She graduated from CityVarsity. Her first role in theatre she landed after her graduation. She played the role of Lesedi in the theatre production, Show off. After that she bagged her first film role in the local film, Second Chances by Andile Ncube. She shared the stage with legendary actor Maake ka-Ncube. Her other works were in the movies Losing Lerato and Men of the number. The actress is known for serving looks on Instagram.
Currently, the actress is on TV as Dintle in Scandal. That role has won her a name in the entertainment industry as one of the household favourites. However, apart from her career as an actress, Pasi is also a businesswoman and a philanthropist. She is married to Nelson Nyokong; they have a daughter called Nema, born in 2016.

Together with her husband, the actress talked with the owner of a Gorge close to their house and opened their own. The restaurant is called Gorge Grab and Go, which is located outside Sandton Gautrain station in Johannesburg. The restaurant is fast becoming a favourite of her celebrity friends and other people who love healthy sandwiches, juice, coffee and smoothies. Mornings are the busiest as the restaurant is situated close to offices, and business is booming for the young couple.
Mapaseka also runs a sanitary drive where she gives out sanitary pads to girls who can not afford them. The drive is in Bloemfontein. In 2018, Forbes put her name on the list of Forbes 30 under 30.
