Pope Francis has been the topic of conversations after he appeared to like a picture of an Instagram bikini model.
The model Natalia Garibotto, 27, said the pontiff’s verified Franciscus is among 133,000 Instagram users that liked her picture wearing a short skirt leaning against a school locker.
Garibotto’s stock has since risen since the incident, gaining more followers and recognition across the whole world.
She also responded to the ‘liking’ of her image with delight, teasing the Pope on social media and also during an interview with Barstool Sports.
“My mum may hate my ass pics but the Pope be double-tapping,” the Brazilian joked with Barstool Sports.
She also joked that she was on her way to the Vatican after realising the Pope was a huge fan of her.
The sports publication saw the ‘liking’ of the picture by Pope Francis‘s account and called the model for an interview.
‘At least I’m going to heaven,’ the model quoted the sports publication’s Tweet that labelled Pope Francis as ‘horny as hell.’
“I discovered you thanks to the pope. He has good taste,” one follower commented while another suggested Garibotto’s behind is ‘divine’ as it is being liked by a priest.

“You are heaven on Earth. Beautiful woman, GOD is good,” one of her followers said.
The Pope‘s account has since unlike the photo after the social media outrage. The Vatican has not provided answers to the debacle, which his defenders suggesting his account is managed by someone else and not Pope Francis.
