The mansion is located in the leaf suburbs of Kyalami in Johannesburg. The mansion is said to have cost around R10 million back when he moved it but has gained value through the years thanks to recent upgrades and revamps.
Unconfirmed sources have it that it has a market value of around R15 million. The scenery is beautified with short and tall trees complimented with healthy trimmed hedges. A plush and well-maintained garden surrounds the lavish mansion.

The backyard is just something else. Cassper has a jungle gym and playset for his son. He also has a well-in-ground trampoline. Cassper calls himself Mufasa, and to live up to it, and he has placed several lion sculptures and the mansion to mark his territory since he is the jungle king.
