Competitors included Lion (played by the remarkable Abdul Khoza) and Tree (unmasked as the charismatic Maps Maponyane).
As the confetti rained down on the stage, Holly Rey graciously accepted her golden mask trophy, beaming with pride.
“I had the time of my life doing this, it was like being a kid the whole time,” said Holly Rey.

The final showdown that crowned Holly Rey saw her Lollipop persona pitted against the mighty Rhino in an epic musical smack down.
In a duet performance of Justin Bieber’s hit ‘Baby,’ Lollipop’s undeniable talent triumphed. She secured her place as the first queen of The Masked Singer South Africa stage.

Following her thrilling victory on The Masked Singer, Holly Rey has wasted no time capitalizing on the newfound attention. She has released a new single titled ‘Ngiyazifela,’ which is expected to be part of her upcoming EP, ‘3AM.’
