The actress was born in KwaZulu Natal. Not much is known about her primary and secondary school, but she obtained her first degree at Wits University. Sibongiseni had her first degree in Music when she was 22 and worked as a ballet dancer and musician. Her ballet skills were extraordinary, and her flexibility was unquestionable till tragedy happened. She was involved in a car accident in 2013 when attending a family party. The accident ruined her dancing career, and she pursued another degree in Arts, marking the beginning of her career in acting.
Sibongiseni Shezi is an AFDA graduate; she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Live Performance Cum Laude. After graduating with her AFDA degree, she bagged an acting gig on Uzalo as Nonka’s evil friend.
